In the unlikely event that you have to use our Limited Lifetime Warranty, please read the following information carefully.  NOVALLUMINA warranty applies to our gemstones only.  Stones must be 5mm or larger to qualify. The terms of the Limited Lifetime Warranty include a warranty against defects in material and workmanship in the gem(s) and do not cover against theft, loss, damage incurred during alterations of your jewellery or misuse of your NOVALLUMINA gemstone.

We believe in our product and it's quality and as such we guarantee that our gems will maintain their superior optical properties for as long as you own them. This includes the NOVALLUMINA gem color, clarity, lustre, fire, and brilliance.

NOVALLUMINA gem warranty is subject to the terms as set forth below. Failure to adhere to these terms voids your warranty.

• NOVALLUMINA Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable (unless the gemstone was a gift) and applies to the registered owner whose name appears on the Gemstone Registration entered at the time of product registration, Registration can only be made in one (1) name per Gemstone Warranty ID number and all required information must be correctly filled out by the owner (original purchaser or the gift recipient). Only the person whose name appears on the Gemstone Registration is entitled to put forth a claim.

• The NOVALLUMINA Limited Lifetime Warranty begins the day of your purchase and must be activated within 30 days of purchase with all required information on the Warranty and Gemstone Registration form.

• The NOVALLUMINA Limited Lifetime Warranty covers changes to the optical properties of your gem such as color, clarity, fire and brilliance due to defects of the material, manufacturing process or cutting and faceting workmanship.

• The NOVALLUMINA Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover against loss of color, clarity, fire and brilliance incurred during setting of your gem(s) or alterations of your jewellery by jewellers other than those employed by NOVALLUMINA or approved to work with and distribute our product.

• The NOVALLUMINA Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover your gem's loss of optical properties resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse of any kind, incidental or accidental damage, as well as theft or loss of your NOVALLUMINA gemstone.

• In order to take advantage of the NOVALLUMINA Limited Lifetime Warranty, you must:​

  • register your gem with us within 30 days of purchase

  • provide your gemstone Certificate of Authenticity and Limited Lifetime Warranty card with the stone ID# clearly visible and unaltered 

  • provide proof of original purchase in form of receipt, invoice, credit card or bank statement.

  • ensure you clearly state the place of purchase of our gemstone on the Warranty and Gemstone Registration form

  • return your gem to the original place of purchase stated at the time of registration. If the original place of purchase is no longer in business, please contract us directly. If your gemstone was purchased online, you are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. NOVALLUMINA will not be responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the shipping process.
